Downloads is a powerful download manager. This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. So in this update, they strip the very feature in which the title suggests - downloading media. All it says in the Updates Tab is "- Bug Fixes". This app was originally made with the function to easily download music and videos, the whole reason I decided to buy it.
Then all of a sudden with my phone update, they decide to take that function away The only reason it's a decent app, just gone like that! And why would anyone want to keep a paid app that technically doesn't do what they bought it for? Either the developers need to restore this app back to what it used to do, or they need to refund everyone who bought it. I only purchased this app due to its ability to download music. I feel every one who purchased this app was for that sole purpose and being that that purpose isn't provided anymore the app is worthless.
Furthermore if this isn't an issue you are willing to correct due to whatever circumstances we the consumer are falling through the cracks due to your inability to provide the services we paid for. A refund or the capability to download shall be offered because we the consumer didn't cause this. The developer, LS Apps , has not provided details about its privacy practices and handling of data to Apple. The developer will be required to provide privacy details when they submit their next app update.
